This Privacy Policy explains how GPU Capital LLC and its affiliates, including GPU Capital Partners LLC (“GPU Capital”, “we”, “us”), collect, use and share personal information through our website, gpu-capital.com, its forms and our meeting booking links.

If you invest in a fund we manage, we will give you a separate privacy notice that explains how we handle investor information. That notice applies to your investment.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our forms or book a meeting, we collect what you enter:

  • Investor access requests: your name, email address, phone number, company, role, country and state of residence, how you would invest (for example as an individual, a trust or a company), your own answers about whether you meet investor eligibility tests, how you heard about us, and any message you send. We do not ask for account numbers, tax ID numbers or financial statements through the website. Please do not send them.
  • Financing inquiries from operators: your name, email address, phone number and role, and information about your company and project, such as its location, the equipment and amount of financing you need, and the status of your customer contracts and data center arrangements.
  • General contact messages: your name, email address, company, the topic and your message.
  • Meeting bookings: when you book a meeting through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email address and any answers you give, and shares them with us.

Please do not send us health information, or sensitive financial or identity information, through the website.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the website, our hosting and security providers automatically receive technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request, the referring page, and the date and time. They use it to deliver the website, keep it secure and prevent abuse.

We do not use analytics or tracking tools on the website.

Cookies and browser storage. We do not use advertising cookies, social media pixels or other tracking technologies. Some pages keep small settings in your own browser, such as the items you tick on a checklist. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.

Information from other sources. We may receive information about you from people who introduce you to us. We may also review public information, such as your company’s website or professional profile, and check names against sanctions and other screening lists, to assess an inquiry and to meet our legal obligations.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your request or message and arrange meetings;
  • decide whether we can take an investor request further, and keep a record of our relationship with you;
  • assess financing inquiries;
  • run, secure and improve the website;
  • meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including record keeping, anti-money laundering, sanctions and export control checks; and
  • protect our rights and the rights of others.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

3. Who we share information with

We share personal information only as follows:

  • Service providers who process it for us under contract, for these purposes: website hosting, security and form processing; email delivery; meeting booking (Calendly); our investor portal (Carta), for investors; and our email and file storage systems.
  • Our affiliates, including the general partner of our funds and the funds we manage, where they need it for the purposes above.
  • Professional advisers, such as our lawyers, accountants, auditors and fund administrator, who are bound to keep it confidential.
  • Authorities and others where the law requires, for example in response to a court order or a regulator’s request, or to protect against fraud, security threats or legal claims.
  • A buyer or successor, if all or part of our business is sold, merged or reorganized, subject to this policy.

4. Do Not Track and tracking by others

We do not track visitors over time or across other websites, and we do not allow other companies to do so through our website. Because of this, our website does not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals or Global Privacy Control signals. If you follow a link to another website, such as Calendly, Carta or GPU Appraisals, that website’s own privacy policy applies.

5. Email

If you send us an inquiry, we may reply to you by email or phone. We do not add you to a mailing list.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including our legal and record-keeping obligations.

7. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access limited to people who need it. No website or system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information through our forms or by email.

8. Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing marek@gpu-capital.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. We may keep some information where the law requires us to, or where we need it to defend legal claims. We aim to respond within 45 days.

9. Children

This website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Where information is processed

We are based in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to the United States.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and change the effective date at the top. If we make a material change, we will also post a notice on the website before the change takes effect.
